WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?

COUPLES THERAPY

Several evidence-based approaches are utilized in couples therapy, including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), behavioural therapy, the Gottman Method, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy is a tailored form of group therapy that facilitates discussions among family members under the guidance of a psychologist. Sessions are conducted in a supportive environment, enabling participants to share concerns and actively engage in the therapeutic process.
GROUP THERAPY
Group therapy consists of sessions with multiple individuals experiencing similar challenges and seeking ongoing mental health support, empathy, and guidance. Activities may include ice-breakers, gratitude exercises, sharing experiences, expressive writing, and goal visualization.
